All cards were thrown on the table in August of 2012 as The Public House took center stage on Spike TV’s reality show “Bar Rescue” with Host Jon Taffer. In one week, Taffer and his team of experts gave the old Black Sheep Pub a much-needed face lift, sparking motivation in its dedicated staff and creating a gathering place that has had the privilege of serving patrons who has visited from all around the world. Our management team has embraced the new menu with its German/Irish influence. For over a decade now our Restaurant has been recognized by multiple news and media outlets for having Cincinnati’s Best Burger and Scratch Pizza which has helped our neighborhood bar and grill to become one of the best Pubs in the Cincinnati Area.
